Since his brother’s heroin overdose in July 2016, Daniel Totten has been trying to understand his role as an artist and community member within his hometown of Red Hook, NY (Dutchess County). In this presentation he’ll share his recent efforts of creating a support network and arts mentoring program for young adults and his newly informed life practices.
